I love my little rx 460, gigabyte windforce oc edition. I even spent the extra 10 bucks for 2 more gigs of ram, but I know better than anyone that this solution won't hold long. Anybody have suggestions for a budget upgrade? I know ebay always has some nice deals on r9 nitros, but I'm not sure on how big of an upgrade that really is.

If you're looking to upgrade you can probably get something like a 970 or 390/x for $130-$150 or so on ebay:

If you can get that 390x it's actually a pretty good deal.

If you want more there's an r9 fury for $200 which is a really good deal though it will probably sell for more. They go new for around $270 or so.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.
