This is for a friend and this is about as close as I could get with what I figured he'd want.

He doesn't know much about pc and plans on playing games such as CS:GO and League which aren't too demanding but I wanted to try and fit the 480 in if possible to at least get him some frames.

Let me know what changed you'd make to make it actually fit his price point

I probably should of included that I don't need windows 10 as I have an extra key laying around from school.
