That depends on what you're expecting. An older amp may get noisy over time (turn off thump, noise floor rising, etc.) from caps drying and overall deterioration.

I think this is a significantly more capable option at a price that's not too different:

Boss'  power ratings really aren't true (they are highly inflated). Crunch, Autotek, Audiopipe, etc. ratings are inflated too, but not as much as Boss.

Well do you have any amps that you recommend for $60? (I need $15 for wiring)

If I really need to I can go more than $75 thats just all I want to spend

That's a pretty tight squeeze. The Boss "1000W" is really rated for 50W x 4, but it's not a real 50W x 4 amplifier. The fuse for example is a single 15A one. Being a Class AB amplifier, even at 14.4V it'd probably just deliver 35W x 4.

At a $75 maximum, this may be worth a look:

https://www.amazon.com/AUTOTEK-SMA2100-4-Street-Machine-4-Channel/dp/B00TKGNKMU (When loaded at 2 ohms per channel, I expect around 120W x 4)

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Autotek-SMA2100.4-Street-Machine-4-Channel-Class-AB-Amp-2-100-Watts/47058509 (same amp but with free 2 day shipping)

Even mini amps like these belt out more than the Boss:

https://www.amazon.com/Audiopipe-APMA-4400-Design-Channel-Amplifier/dp/B010X41F8S (When loaded at 2 ohms, I expect around 65W x 4)
