NVidia Share (shadowplay) not working properly!

Hey guys. Tonight is tech support for Natsoup night, so I'm trying to fix all my crap.

First up is NVidia Share, their new version of Shadowplay.

I have it set to capture at 50 mbps 1080p60 but it's recording at 720p30 instead. reinstalling did not fix.

Anyone know how to solve this?
