Laser Printer Trouble

So I have a laser printer. The model is an HP LaserJet P2015n and it prints in black and white. Nothing is wrong with the hardware, but when I print something, I get a spot on the printed paper.
(I don't have a good camera ATM which is why I photoshopped it for you guys to know what it looks like.)

This is what it would look like. The cartridge has that pattern, but it isn't "Marked" on it. In the photo it looks like it was added with a marker, but the real situation is that it seems like it is cut off. Like adding scratches to the cover of a car.

When printing, the paper photo is the result.

HELP ME PLEASE.

 

(P.S. This isn't urgent, and I haven't tried anything to solve this issue yet because of risks that something else doesn't get damaged. I am not experienced with this. I can take it to a shop if nothing works)
