ones a brand name the other is a type of product.
Example hot tub, jacuzzi.
Which means I can say a Jacuzzi is a hot tub, but a hot tub is not a jacuzzi.
A ODAC is a DAC but a DAC is not a ODAC.

there is nothing wrong with my DAC of my motherboard, it is the power that i am worrying about, the m1060 are planar. so i thought getting an amp to provide power might as well buy dac+amp combo

You could get a Fulla 2, but at 96dB/mW, these are not really difficult to drive. Also, I would like to point out that the HiFiMan HE-400S are probably a better planar choice in this price range.

for real? people says these m1060 are like a budget killer of lcd-2 

kinda like the Oneplus3 phone, good specs but some cutback due to budget

Just something to think about; there have been reported build issues with the wood cracking.
