New case for custom loop

Hey guys.

 

I had a S340 Elite laying around so I decided to use it instead of my corsair 760t. Now, it is my understanding that the cable management thing inside of it will get in the way, but I don't want to remove it. I will be putting it horizontally on the bottom half of the dual radiator (ekwb.) Will this work? I don't want to screw up, and if someone could link me to a guide, it would be much appreciated.
