overclocking Overclocking problems (Strix 1080)

Im trying to OC my Asus ROG Strix 1080, but im only getting it up tp 1987Mhz (+100Mhz) stable. The temprature is oround 65C.
When i try to push it any further i get artifacting in Heaven and Firestrike. I have given it 120% power limit and also tried giving it +100 millivolts to the core, but nothing helps with the artifacting.
It is only i Heaven Benchmark and Firestrike. It does not crash and/or artifact in games.
When i give it +100 millivolts to the core it boosts up to 2012 but goes back down after the GPU reaches 64C even tho i set "target temp" to 92C.

Is this normal? I was sure i could push it further than this.

You're never sure about overclocking. You simply got a mediocre card. Could happen to anyone.
