Can u give me a short explanation how I can clone just specific programms?

Basically you tell the program which drive you want to clone and where to clone it, then it will do its thing. Simple as that. The spot you clone to will be formatted to match your drive you are cloning from.

So I can only clone a complete drive and no programms alone?

if you want to back up your programs, just copy and paste the folders from one drive to the other. You only really need to worry about "cloning" if its your boot drive.

I want to clone programms from my boot ssd to my storage hdd, still just drag and drop? I want to delete the programm folder on the sdd afterwards to free up some space.

Correct, Just drag and drop them. Then all you will have to do is go to your launch short cut for the programs, right click on then and go into properties and then remap them to the new location so they will launch for you when you click on it.

Just in theory could I put my whole programm and programm (x86) folders to my hdd and delete them on my sdd (boot drive)

Yep, then all you would need to do is change the drive letter on each program. For Example say you have Overwatch in C:/Program Files/Battle.net/Overwatch and you move it from the C drive to the D drive. All you should have to do then is change the C to a D and it should work like normal.

I only get transfer rates of about 20MB/S and just short peaks of 180MB/S but also 10MB/S peaks why is it behaving that crazy?

If you are going SSD to HDD this is normal, SSD is much much faster. It will take a bit depending on much data you are transferring.

It has to write the data to the platter so it can when its cache buffer is full.

I drag and dropped both programm folders to my first hdd and my second for backup
