AMD Turbo Core

So I've gotten myself a used athlon x4 840 on the fm2 socket (not to be confused with the phenom) The chip supposedly can turbo boost up to 3.8 ghz, is it possible to force to run this clock on all cores? Its a locked chip but I'm in the process of BCLK ocing and so far the chip seems to be achieving good results. Thanks
