What's the smallest full atx case I can purchase for $80 or less? Modular or otherwise.

All ATX cases are large. Look for something like phantasms p400 that has no 5.25" bays

Have you seen anything regarding the RIOTORO CR1080?

I think that's the smallest standard ATX case that I've heard of so far. Or maybe you might want take a look at the Silverstone GD07 but I'm sure it's not as compact as the CR1080.

I cant imagine a ATX getting smaller than it. I havnt seen it coz it doesnt ship to NZ. I have to ask if you dont have lots of drives or PCI cards why do you need a full ATX board when m-ATX are cheaper and smaller

At the time of purchase the ASRock board I have was most cost efficient for the number of ports. Now of course I could settle for a mATX or ITX and just have a 3/3.1 PCI-E card.

Raijintek thetis is pretty small.
