No Hard Drive

So I had 1 500 gb hard drive on my pc, then I particioned it into to 250gb parts, C and D. A few months later I decided to fromat the C disc, were I have all my programs and stuff. Now after that I cant find the other part, the D disc; It just appears the C one as a 250gb disc. How do I find It?

search for Disk Management in windows or if you are using w10 right click windows icon in task bar > Disk management
