RX 470 nitro

I have a rx 470 nitro from sapphire. It is not the plus version and has no backplate but I would like one. It is very difficult to research this GPU because it comes up with nitro+ models that can sometimes just be called the nitro model for short, which is very confusing. I would like to buy a custom backplate but if I cannot find one I can get some acrylic and spray paint I guess. I have a PC part picker build but it says the nitro + model because the nitro model is not listed.

Could someone please advise me as to where I can buy a custom backplate for this card or failing that, just advise me on creating a custom backplate for it.

I can't really help you, but wouldn't buying a card with a stock backplate be cheaper in the end? The 480 nitro features one afaik. You could still just paint that. You would then not only have a metal backplate, but also a faster card....

I already have this card because I bought it on sale thinking it was the plus version but when it wasn't. I decided it was fine because it was about £30 cheaper than any other Rx 470 at the time and I only had a limited budget. When you say the Rx 480 nitro you actually mean the nitro+ by the way. If you go to sapphires website, they list both a Rx 480 nitro and a Rx 480 nitro+ under their products. The non + version has no backplate whereas the + version does.
