Gmail issues please help urgent!

So I literally today just got a new iPhone and I need help logging into my account. I can not remember my password and whenever I go to recover it google say they can not verify it is me. Please, can I get some help the email address is extremely important! Thank you, yours sincerely Andy.

 

EDIT: I still have access to it but I can not log on to any other device because of the lost password issue.

how THE HELL do you not know the password to a very important email account?

 

If you are using Chrome, do you allow Chrome to save passwords? if so, you should be able to recover the password for the account by looking at the saved passwords in settings. you will need the computer's admin password to view it.

If you save passwords in chrome they are not encrypted so anybody can see them. I only use it on my phone and I can not find the archive of my passwords that include that gmail account m8. NEVER EVER tick remember me...

If its fails the account must be tied with your phone number, U can request a recovery password with it.

 

It is a very old account so no it most likely is not connected to a phone number.

May I ask how can I get in contact with google (Not via phones) such as an email address or something?

Tried that see the screenshot i posted above. That's all that happens when I do that :\

OK i didn't know if that was the screen or not.

 

You are doing all this via computer then? What device do you have access to that can log into the Gmail account? I believe you said before you COULD, just not on the iPhone.

Yes, this is why it is confusing me. I can still access it on an old business phone I have on my desk still logged in and working fine but I can't get into it with just my recovery email. It asks me when I made the account (Month and year) I have no clue when I made it. And I do not remember old passwords for it.

Alright, can you access account settings from that device?

OK, on the computer, clear the cache restart chrome, try recovery again. be sure you disable any anti-tracking scripts you may be running. run the recovery process virgin.

I could try and give them a ring. I hate having to do that but it seems to be myonly option at this point.

I have remembered about a notepad I used to write passwords down in that is somewhere in my house. I have no idea where it is and the search could take up to 3 weeks.
