MCT-No removable drives

So currently I'm having a problem here. I tried using the MCT to install Windows 10 on a new build PC. I got a 32GB pendrive Sandisk Cruzer and I read on other forums that it won't work. So I decided to use a 8GB Kingston DT101 G2, but sadly it also couldn't work. I tried changing language but still after clicking usb drive nothing pops out. I'm doing this on a 32-bit Windows 7 and am trying to create a 64-bit Windows 10.

Get the Windows 10 installer utility from Microsoft

Install it on the USB drive

Boot up your PC, and set the USB drive as the boot device

Btw is it the same as MCT? Because that is my problem now
