Kraken x52 Problems

Hello everyone, i bought a Nzxt kraken x 52 for my system but the lights on ot only work some of the time. If they don't work i need to restart my machine completely for it to maybe work. Any help would be really appreciated.

what about fan control ? are you sure you're delivering 100% power to this slot ?

Yes even if the lights dont start the pump always works.

Did you download CAM software from NZXT?

Also one random question ... how is it with noise? Can you hear pump noise or water flowing? Or you only hear fans? Just wondering if it's realy more quiet than X31 that I used 1 year ago

sure it does but, 100% ? often with motherboards you can use PWM to adjust fan power delivery regarding temperature. Are you sure this port is always 100%?

Yeah i use cam for the kraken and hue+. as for the noise i cant be more satisfied i cant hear the computer when its in silent mode.

please do, in BIOS AND with any windows fan tool such as NZXT / MSI / ASUS... you may have.

 

example: If I lower my RGB fans below 50% power, fan spins but lights turn off, because it has not enough power. So I used my MSI tool to adjust my fan Power between 50% and 100% regarding CPU temps

I'm glad to hear that it's as quiet as it can get.

About light problem I can't help you much, since I haven't had X61 or X41 that also have lights on.

I also have HUE+ lightetning and it work just fine with CAM software ... no idea what's causing your problems. But maybe you can write ticket to NZXT. They are very friendly and always trying to help customers.
