Computer Occasionally hangs on the error code 'A2'.

Hey guys, 

Usually when I boot my computer, I get an error code on the lower right corner on the screen, and the computer just freezes. To get into windows, I just hit the restart switch until my computer boots into windows. I posted my computer specs on my profile if you are interested. The interesting thing is, this error sometimes happens and sometimes does not, and I don't think it has any correlation to the operating system(as this does not happen when the computer is booting to windows, only during the initial seconds of boot time). There are a few theories that I have, one of them being that my motherboard is simply dead. But that doesn't make sense, because my computer works fine when the system does boot. 

 

Just wanted to see if any of you guys ever had a similar problem.

one thing I found is this could be because of faulty USB devices / ports

unplug every USB device you have and try again

 

also worth considering a BIOS update
