PC Case Fans - Random Change In Speed

Hi All

 

I'm not sure if I am posting in the correct place as I am new to this website.

 

I am having an issue with my pc where the fans will randomly change speed but only for a matter of seconds.

This will happen if I move my mouse or open a new window, I have looked into how I can fix this and It says that I need to turn smart fan off, But I have no idea how to do that.

 

I want it so my fans are next to silent yet will speed up when needed, Not as it currently is speeding up ever 2 seconds because I moved my mouse.

 

 

Any help would be great.

Smart Fan feature can be found in any third party Softwares. check for these types of Softwares on the internet and i am sure you will find plenty.

Hi I have already tried using Speed fan but I still have the same issue and I have it set up 10% correctly.
