Building New PC $400

Hey guys I'm attempting to build my first pc, and I was wondering if you could give me some ideas. My build budget is $400, and I already have a Sapphire r9 380

A basic i3-6100 or 7100 would be better.

There's no need for the cooler in a budget build - use the stock cooler that comes with the CPU.

8Gigs of RAM is "enough", so get 2x4Gigs rather than a single 8Gig to enable dual-channel RAM.
