PC unstable after BIOS update

why did u flash ur bios in the first place, if the bios works u should never flash it in the first place

System is a 6600k running on a Asus Z170-A. Cooled with a Xigmatek Dark Knight

 

So I have been running at 4.7Ghz stable since I bought my system back in January last year, but after flashing the latest BIOS update today I have been getting random BSODs and freezes :x 
It can't be the BIOS the screwed up my system right, currently running at stock speeds for the time being... 

People die if they are killed.
