HELP FAST!!! Surface pro 3 doesn't work

Touch screen doesn't work mouse can move but doesn't click, weird noise when clicking, keyboard works, but trackpad doesn't work HELP!!!

I suggested OP go and talk to MS Tech support. They'll be able to give him a new registry and a new firmware to flash possibly.

 

But it appears op doesn't want to.
