So I have read the what to do if you have psu problems but for my first try I don't trust myself to do the paperclip test.So let me describe the situatiuon. I was moving the gpu to a lower pci-e slot and while trying to remove it i forgot to undo the latch and after 10ish pulls i undid the pci-e and moved the gpu when I tryed to start the compuatart agian I got nothing no fans, lights,or psu fan. So would it be a motherbord or a psu problem

what I'd do is unscrew the motherboard and see if there are any pins shorted. I can't say anything specific but motherboards can survive a hefty punch. You might be fine. If there are any shorted pins, separate them and try again.
