The pre-installed Silent Series R2 fans are pretty good and quiet so you don't need to replace them. I'd suggest using them as an intake in front and install the 140mm Cooler Master back blowing hot air out.

^ Thats how we setup friends R4. 2 stock ones in front intake and Bitfenix Spectre as rear exhaust. My own R4 has 2 Fractal fans (R3 and R2) as front intakes plus BitFenix Spectre Pro from previous case as rear exhaust. All fans are 140mm.
