Gigabyte Gaming 7 issue

Hello, 

 I'm having an issue with my motherboard were when it turns on it works 100% nothing seems to act up. But the second I turn it off it's a nightmare turning it on. I called for an RMA with gigabyte and they said they fixed it but I'm still have the same problem. Does anyone know anything I could do. I do the step that were told but they don't seem to work. My PSU is 1000W EVGA P and I have a 1070 Zotac amp extreme. I5-6600k. Anyone have anything I would like to hear it.
