Help please Freeze bug

Hey guys in first place sry for my bad english im from germany.

 

Ok so i got a problem and i dont k ow what it came from i was getting into oc and in first place just tryed out the auto oc settings from my mobo the xmp 3000mhz on the ram (and yea ofcourse my ram normally can hamdle it I bought it in 3000mhz) and 4.6ghz on the cpu now i changed it back and still got freezez in many games (csgo , rocket league, forest) can u guys tell me what is it caused from ?  Not there are no thermal problems if u ask 

 

Specs:

 

I7 6700k

HyperX predator 3000mhz xmp2 

Z170A xPower Gaming Titanium edition

Gtx 1080 asus strix 

Corsair rm650 

Windows on a 250gb ssd 

And the games on a m.2ssd

And if it matters there are new cable mod cables 

 

The bug isnt happening all the time just sometimes and if i log of my user (pc )and back in it just works fine
