AFAIK it's not possible. I think you can get scripts to automatically restart the phone, but a factory reset is slightly more involved.

Could you just boot into recovery mode? there should be a factory reset there.

 

  1. Turn off the phone.
  2. Press and hold Power+Volume Up+Volume Down buttons.
  3. Keep holding until you see a menu with Recovery mode option.
  4. Navigate to Recovery mode option and press Power button.
