Experience With Galax Custom Support?

On Wednesday I ordered a GTX 1080 HOF from Galax. I've still not recieved any shipment information and I cannot find any phone number to call them in the US. They have a number listed in the support section, but it's a Hong Kong phone number (I said 'hello' in English and they hung up). Their email support has not repsonded. Does anyone have a number to contact them and see the status of my order? Or have any of you had the same experience with Galax?
