iGPU i don't think considered to be a graphics card since GPU and the word "Graphics Card" can be different in some scenarios. since GPU is only the core of the graphics card and graphics cards are the whole thing with all the VRAM, VRMs, Etc.

Yeah, an "all in one", but what about the VRAM? It's not on the die so it's not an all-in-one. The GPU is a Graphics Processing Unit, which an iGPU also is. But an iGPU is not a graphics card because it's not a card at all.

This one takes up only a PCIE 1x without it being open backed or cut http://www.club-3d.com/index.php/products/reader.en/product/radeon-hd-4350-pci-e-x1-edition.html and is pretty small as well

For performance you can get some small 1050 and 1050 TI models
