So when my display was not showing and image and saying "mode not supported" i deleted the graphics drivers using ddu. This resulted in me having an image. I tried to play some of my games but they will not load because i dont have the latest drivers. I have tried reinstalling the drivers two times but then it only has an image on safe mode which i am using now. Any ideas on how to fix this. If this helps i have a samsung le19r86bd with a max resolution of 1440 x 900. My graphics card is the r9 270x.

Many Thanks! :)

had a similar problem with my monitor saying resolution not supported but i fixed it by unplugging the monitor and plugging it back in while the computer is on. I think the gpu is defaulting to 4k for some reason it doesn't happen anymore for me though. btw what driver are you using.

driver looks right if your using windows 7

Yes that's exactly what i was thinking and unfortunately the hdmi trick didn't work. Also would this driver be fine for win7 ultimate 64 bit im guessing it does but just to be sure
