NZXT S340 Elite top IO problem

Hi all,

 

I have an NZXT S340 Elite case and the HD audio connector does not want to plug into my motherboard (ASUS Z170a) as it does not fit all the way. I have checked the orientation and have got it working before, but it never seems to sit flush into the motherboard, it must have come out when I was moving things around in my case, and when trying to put it back in, it doesn't want to sit on the pins fully and therefore work.

 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Has anyone got a solution?
