Best budget "studio" microphone?

Hello hi peeps, how are we doing?

 

So today, I need help. I don't know much about audio and microphones, but I'm looking to get a microphone for when I start my YouTube and streaming career soon

 

I have looked at a Samson Meteor Mic, as I've seen it's "better" than the Blue Snowball. I also thought myself that it sounded better, when I heard some sound clips.

 

Anyway, my budget isn't very big at $100 give or take $10. I intend to put it on a "boom arm" or whatever it's called, and I'm also going to get a pop filter, so don't worry about that. I just need it to be able to get setup with the boom arm.

Are you including the boom in this budget or is it just for the mic? If it's just for the mic I suggest the Shure SM57. I've been using Shure mics for ten years or so and I've never had them fail on me and they always sound good.

Blue Yeti. Great sound, great features, great value, right at your price range

Blue is a nice place to start, either the snowball or yeti, which are pretty much extreme oppositees of your price range.

Unfortunately not where I live. In Denmark it's $180

The stand and filter does not affect the budget
