What exactly is the brand and type of PSU? could you put up a link that actually works the one that you have doesn't. but yes it could be the PSU it the voltage is fluctuating too much under load or if it is delivering not enough power.

The first step to insanity is believing in your sanity.

Check the adapters that you bought with a multimeter and ensure that the proper voltage is getting thru. Check all cables going to your monitors...Second, if the card worked at your pal's then rule out the card (for now)...also make sure that you downloaded the updated drivers from AMD and not installed the garbage disk that comes with all cards.. Remember, clean install on the drivers... If your adapters check out and you are confident that the TT 750 is enough to power your current rig, then your friends may be right. If funding allows, this PSU should be enough for a while...good luck little brother.

hadesjoy, you sir are a very good help thanks, and i have looked and done more looking in to what you have said and it seems that my psu is just to old and that i have to get a new one and i will be looking in to the psu you have linked.

Electrolytic capacitor aging. When used heavily or over an extended period of time (1+ years) a power supply will slowly lose some of its initial wattage capacity. We recommend you add 10-20% if you plan to keep your PSU for more than 1 year, or 20-30% for 24/7 usage and 1+ years.

learn something new everyday, next time someone has a problem like this i will know.

What sort of graphical issues are you having exactly in borderlands 2 and simcity , you have to be extremely specific, because every graphical issue can be indicative of something specific.

Lol that's my fault , I read borderless as borderlands .

If it's really hard to describe it's probably artifacts, they're usually GPU memory related, if it is persistent across all games then an RMA should be in order.

Do a couple of 3DMark Vantage runs, if the runs pass with no issues, then it's probably just game related bugs and glitches.

after looking around in the google and from what you guys are saying i think my psu just doesnt have enough amps on the 12V rails to support my HD7970.

but im going to go to my friends house and do a full test again with what you said to make sure its not the gpu

and when it does like flashing it flashes a white screen really fast and then in some other games it does like a weird colors flash up on screen
