Add tilt to monitor arm?

Does anyone know of a solution on how to add tilt to a fixed 100x100 VESA mount? I would have thought someone makes an adaptor for this by now but was unable to find any

Of all the adaptors I found, they're all the same price or more expensive than a standalone mount, so you may as well just buy a new mount with tilt adjustment.

Do you have any links to these anyway? I guess its worth a look but I think you might be right to just get a better mount.

It says ceiling mount, but seems to be VESA mounted on both ends.
