Dell XPS 13 Sleep Mode Battery Drain

Hi everyone,

I apologize if this question has been asked before but I am having a bit of trouble with my XPS 13. The laptop is fantastic for the most part but the sleep mode seems to cause a really big drain on the battery. Now the only point of reference I have is the Macbook Pro retina that I switched from. When the lid was closed on it I could come back hours later and very little battery had been drained but the XPS battery seems to drain really quickly and I am wondering if there is a simple way to fix it.

I did a bit of a Google search and it looks like quite a few people have encountered this but I couldn't find an obvious fix. If anyone has a good idea of how to solve the issue please let me know.

Thanks very much.

Richard
