Should be in Advanced, APM (Advanced power management), Power on by RTC or by Alarm.

Before I had constant restarting issues (See my other post) but apparantly it was caused by the gpu being too long for the case and wasn't fully in the pci-e slot, so I swapped in a much smaller card (Sapphire HD7770 Ghz) and it solved the random restarting issue, but caused the pc to randomly boot up when the pc is switched off but with power cord plugged in. Sometimes it starts up in midnight, sometimes in the afternoon. Any solutions?

Check your scheduled on and off in the bios. otherwise, it must be static.

Static electricity, even if your hand is static charged it might turn your pc on.

Should be in Advanced, APM (Advanced power management), Power on by RTC or by Alarm.

is it an old case? the power on button might be faulty. unplug the front panel on switch leads on the mobo and see if it still happens.

Not really. I live in asia and the only times the power will go out is when someone is working on it or doing maintenance, so its really rare
