USB pnp audio device error

Few days ago i bought new headset Marvo HG9012 7.1 with usb connector . Problem started when i plugged in usb into my pc . The pc didn't recognize the device and in device manager appeared "USB Pnp audio device" with yellow triangle on it. I tryed everything from instaling new drivers to sistem repair but nothing helped . Pls help , thank you :)
