If replacing the screen on my oneplus 2 doesn't work I'm thinking of buying a new phone.

I've been looking at the OP3T, the Mate 9, and the Xiaomi line up. And POSSIBLY the Xiaomi Mi Mix.

There's so many phones out there, I don't know where to start.

I want something with the highest bang for my buck.

I dont like what one plus has done with their business model, it use to be about getting a phone cheap without compromises. But one plus phones now are almost as expensive as flagship phones in CAD.

Most flagships cost $800 these days, at $440 I don't mind.

If it helps, I'm switching from a LG G3 to a OP3T. The phone should arrive soon (by Friday if all goes well), so I can't honestly try to sway your opinion on the phone until my own is created.

However, after reading multiple other reviews and watching videos on the OP3T... I just couldn't resist ordering one.

Turns out replacing the screen is easier than legos, so I don't need a new phone.

I'll probably wait until the newest flagships come out.
