Text to speech apps

How smart or dumb is idea to start making videos for YouTube with commentary made by text to speech application? I am decent at English when it comes to writing. Little less decent at speaking English like "in real life" with someone BUT i am horrible in speaking English into microphone and i don't know why... Are there some "restrictions" on doing this text to speech thing on YouTube or maybe could i get into trouble doing it? Thanks in advance

Found some decent application which sounds good. I feel it would be better than making videos without voice..

I remember using Ivona back when my tonsils came out, I really hope it's at least better than that.

Natural Reader or something like that, few voices sound decent imo
