john cena PC Won't Shut Down?

So my problem is that I guessing some program is not letting my PC shut down, only when I press the shut down button in the start menu, it goes to the blue screen saying "Shutting Down...", and staying there until it restarts 10 minutes later (even though I said SHUT DOWN)

 

My PCPP link is below for the specs, but could this be some type of rogue program? I have checked for viruses with RegCure Pro and nothing has shown up. Thanks!

i had the same issues, i was told to update my Bios are u on the 3007, honestly i am not sure what i did to fix it, but i ejected an external usb storage and it now works.

I never really installed the full drivers I am guessing, since I never used the driver disc, where and what is the safest way to get an updated bios?

its easy to install, it will have instructions or u can go through the bios and do it online,

do you not have a GPU? just wondering after not seeing one in your pcpp list.

No i do not, I don't game so have not got one yet
