Transferring Whatsapp chats from Android to iPhone

I just bought an iPhone 7+ to replace my old Galaxy Note 3 Neo but im having a hard time transferring my Whatsapp chats from the Note 3 to the iPhone. I have a local and Google drive backup of my chats but I can only restore from iCloud. Is there a way i can use my local backup to restore the chats? Is there anyway i can restore the chats?

as far as i know you cant :/

what do you excpect tbh, android doesnt have icloud interegration and vice versa
