Hi!

So I have had this problem with my new PC and the bad thing is that my system is entirely new, nothing from my previous system, not even peripherals. So it has been kinda hard for me to tell what the cause could be.

Anyway, the problem is that at totally random times I get this "flickering" no matter when im in desktop, web browsing, playing games etc. Thin horizontal and vertical lines appear in the screen and disappear in less than a second. Some would say why does it bother you, since it happens sometimes once or twice a day, sometimes not for few days. My system is as follows:

i5-4670K (not overclocked)

Gigabyte GTX 660 OC

XFX 550W Power Supply

Arctic Cooling Freeze 7 CPU cooler

8 GB 1600-MHz RAM

1 TB 7200 RPM HDD

Windows 7 64-bit Professional

The monitor (which a lot of people have told to me that it might be the reason) is ASUS VS247H-P, it is 1920x1080 res, connected with DVI (but I have tried connecting it with a HDMI as well, didn't solve the problem).

So, do you guys have any ideas what I could do, I searched the internet for this and a lot of people had issues where the whole screen went black for fraction of a second and then came back, but I haven't found a similar problem. Any help?

CPU: Intel i5-4670K -- Motherboard: Asus H87M-E mATX -- GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660 OC -- RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz Kingston -- Case: Zalman Z11 Plus -- PSU: XFX PRO 550W 80+ Bronze -- CPU Cooler: Arctic Cooling Freeze 7 PRO  -- Monitor: Asus VS247H

I did the Furmark Break-In test, didn't crash.
