No input signal problem

i built a new computer form my dad but when i start it up it says no input signal.

SPECS:

mobo:gigabyte ga f2a88xm ds

cpu:AMD A10-7850 black edition

ssd:sandisk ssd plus 240gb

ram:hyperx savage 8gb

psu:LC power lc500h-120 500w

Okay, First of all did you connect your monitor to your GPU display ports or HDMI? Did you see if you got a signal if you plugged in your monitor to the motherboard display ports or HDMI? Do you hear a post beep code?
