DPI broken on certain apps?

So, as a test, i connected my PC to a 4K tv, and then when i was done i went back to my 1080p monitor, aaand now DPI scaling is broken on certain apps, like shareX and QTTabBar.

as you can tell, this is a bit broken, anyway to reset this? the windows DPI settings are default

 

I don't know which subforum this should have been put in, so i put it in displays, because it has something to do with DPI, admins/mods can move it
