Hey, I've had my pc for about two years, and now when I unplugged it and blew the dust out of it and wiped the chassi and plugged it back in and turned it on, it started smelling like something was burning and it no longer gives a signal to my monitors or power to my mouse and keyboard. The LED shown below turns on and the fans start spinning but the system shuts itself down after about a minute.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, or just any tips on what's broken.
