Hi there everyone. My computer is a rampage iv gene with 3930k and powered by ax760 psu. Last year December the computer been strike by lightning. From lan port and second time from the power source. The power supply had been replaced with a new unit and computer is able to run all task after I remove the battery and processor to discharge it.

But today. I was using it to browse internet. Suddenly it shut down by itself, the motherboard and graphic card did show there's power supplying in to them.

The power supply been removed and tested at another pc it wount turn on also.

So I was wondering. Will the motherboard cause the power supply to spoil?
