I tried getting the logs but couldn't because of issues with my pc. So i'll do the best job I can do to describe the issue for possible solutions.

Basically I got a bsod and my pc wouldn't start, after a bit of trouble shooting it told me I had no boot image, I had a linux bootloader so I used that, it was fine, after some more fiddling I changed my boot mode to legacy and was able to get into windows, it would bs on sign in, did it a few times After "fixing" that, it was EXTREMELY slow and laggy, I was trying to get dumps but it was taking too long and I was having issues with perms. I haven't tried safe mod since I "fixed" it, the one time I tried I bs. It's late and I'm annoyed, I'll give safe mode and whatever you guys have to offer a try tomorrow morning, for now I turned my pc off in hopes of not fucking it up more. My plan if I can't fix windows is try to get back on linux( was having issues) and backing whatever I can up to a external drive I have to buy and just restoring my pc.

Thanks for the help, I'll try to answer any questions before I go to sleep, if not I'll reply tomorrow morning or after school.

For anyone good with linux when I tried launching I just got a screen the said

GNU GRUB Version 2.02~ beta 2-9

Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB
lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible
device or file completions.

grub>_

I would need to fix this to get onto linux, this is all I could see, I never got an option to launch without installing or anything.
