Advice for the build please. Is the power supply overkill? Are the fans ok? Cougar for the hdd,200 mm for side front and top, gentle typhoons for the bottom.

A little, yes. But for that build, you will never on this planet need a Corsair Enthusiast 750W PSU. Depending on what games you'll play, and on how many monitors/resolution etc. You could get away with just a 600/700W CX PSU. But either way, drop down to a TX650. (The minimum Wattage of Corsair's TX range).
