Windows 10 Enterprise 64x error explorer.exe randomly

Dear All Member i have problem and i can fix it i try search code error but nothing one fixed it please help

i'm install fresh Windows 10 Anniversary Version 1607 ( Build 14393.576 ) 

but i always have same crash on windows explorer.exe

thank for the last someone answere i have do thats sir but still same crash

what this because motherboard ?

i use asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 with AMD FX 8350 without  overclocking

my ram is 8 gb

my vga is r9 280x

my psu is corsair AX 760 i

can cause motherboard fault ?

please advice

1 hardrive 1 tb wdc and 2 hardrive seagate and hitachi im not yet use SSD
but i have try release 1 by 1 hardrive and but still same

the crash come when i have change view ex to list thumbnail etc
