Wifi network not working

Hi guys, I currently have a chuwi hibook 10 pro, and I just reintalled windows. But when I tried to connect it ti wifi, it can not even get a single network to connect. It seems as if wifi it self is turned off, but its not. It is turned off, but it can't seem to detect any wifi signals. What happened?
