PC shutdown suddenly!

hello all .. I installed a new graphic card on my pc (asus gtx 1060 strix oc), and now my pc shuts down suddenly just on first time I switch it on. then I have to switch it on again and works fine!

It only shuts down in the first time only! does any one know what might be the cause of this weird issue?

 

my psu is coolmaster v850

solved it .. was driver issue when loading windows at startup.
